Tea with Milk

~2 tumblers of tea.

Ingredients

- 2 tsp of tea leaves (powder)
- 0.5 tumblers of water
- 2 tumblers of skimmed milk
- 2 tsp of sugar
All proportions can be adjusted according to taste

- Sauce pan
- Filter / sieve

Steps to Prepare

  1. Pour 0.5 tumblers of water in the sauce pan and set to boil
  2. Once water is boiling (bubbling), add 2 tsp of tea leaf powder (brand of choice) to the water
  3. Mix the tea and the water, and allow it to boil and absorb the flavour
  4. Once the water and tea is boiling (bubbling) and well dissolved, add 2 tumblers of skimmed milk
  5. Add 2 tsp of sugar before milk begins to boil, and mix to dissolve thoroughly
  6. Taste and adjust proportions of tea and sugar according to preference
  7. Wait for tea to come to a boil, and stir steadily throughout
  8. Filter and pour the tea into tumblers to serve
